Hair analysis can be helpful to identify various levels of mineral and metals in the body.
In the case, of ADHD we will generally be looking at the following specifics in regard to treatment recommendations:
Magnesium - if low supplemenation is recommended and may be helpful
Zinc - if low supplemenation is recommended and may be helpful
Zinc/Copper Ratio - if low, supplemenation with zinc may be recommended
Lithium - if low or absent, over the counter low dose lithium orotate may be recommended
